Do you ship to my address?

We deliver only in Belgium. If you live outside our delivery area, you can contact us to have your order picked up by a courier.

Is there a pick-up point available?

For sure! You can do this in Sint-Niklaas or Asse. As soon as your order is ready, you will be informed and a time will be agreed for pick-up. The estimated time between order and pickup is 1 to 8 days. We will keep your order for you for 14 days. Be sure not to forget your confirmation e-mail or ID.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Delivery usually takes three to ten days, provided the items ordered are in stock in our warehouse. Is your order of an urgent nature? Then be sure to contact us so we can review it together.

What if my order is damaged regardless of the precautions?

Even though we make every effort to pack and ship your package carefully, should you still receive a damaged product it is best to contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you further.

What happens to my package if I am not home during delivery?

We always call you first to arrange when we would come by. If this time does not suit you, we can have a look at what is possible (at the neighbors or at a safe place). If there is no solution, we will deliver your package at another time. If the package is delivered via GLS, you can use their website to track the package and indicate what to do if you are not at home when it is delivered.

Can I make any changes to my order?

You may always call to adjust your order, we will check if your package has already left to accommodate this adjustment or not.

Why is there no free shipping under 50 euros?

Most of our products sold are heavy and fragile. Therefore, it is essential that our packaging and delivery is of high quality to ensure that all products arrive without damage. So that is why we do not skimp on this delivery and packaging.
