This slightly sweet summer beer based on beautiful full-ripe cherries is the ideal thirst-quencher during hot summer weather on a terrace with friends! Also perfect as an aperitif.

Style - Fruit beer

Alcohol percentage - 7,5 vol %

Colour & clarity - Rouge 7 has a beautiful ruby red colour, a light pink head and a fine pearlisation

Scent - On the nose, notes of cherry, strawberry and red fruit

Taste - On the palate a nice fruity attack, smoothly drinkable, flavourful and with a nice balanced sweet and sour balance and a fresh acidity in the background

Good to know

Cooling and storing tips

- Always place bottles cool and upright, otherwise the yeast at the bottom can mix into the beer.

- Optimal temperature is +/- 7 °C

Pouring tips

- Always use a degreased, rinsed and dry custom glass

- Take your time and pour the beer into the glass at a 45° angle

- Don't let it foam over

- Prefer not to use yeast? Leave about 1 cm of beer (with yeast residue) in the bottle
